Do we forget?
You often hear people say “oh, just forget it and move on.” And yes, for some situations that may be the correct thing to do. If someone is fixated on something another person does.
Cats Are Funny
I don’t know if you know much about cats or have had one or two or whatever in your care. There are so many stories and photos on the internet of cats.
So here I am
So here I am in the middle of the night, writing again. It is a habit many writers possess. Well, actually many creative people do. And that’s ok.

Jamie and I have been working on creating posters to go in the shop on my website. I am providing the words or the phrases and Jamie then takes and creates something beautiful.
Do you do this?
One of the challenges people on the spectrum often struggle with is change, especially a change they have not instigated. And it can be disconcerting for all concerned.
Worry Monster
Have you ever heard of the worry monster? Well, if not, basically the concept is you take the worry monster, it feels really good and soft and safe.
Where has all the grey gone?
There are so many shades so many shades of any colour that one could talk about. But today I want to call your attention to something which is called black and white thinking.

Packing Up Christmas
