Right Person for the Right Job

Do you know how difficult it can be getting the right person for the right job is?  It can be extremely hard, nearing impossible actually, for some things.  For example I came up with a problem with my website and my professional organiser suggested her son because he had done her website really well.  I said that it had got me to ring her so it must be good!

Truthfully I felt like I was disappearing iin on myself.  I didn’t know where to turn to get the help I really needed.  But Jamie has been a real blessing to me and even when I don’t even KNOW what I want, somehow I share wiht him and GETS IT RIGHT every time!. 

Now it’s not simply about getting the right person for the right job it\s within my wheelhouse.  The person or persons you are getting to do a job MUST be capable of knowing what they are doing!  They HAVE to understand their skillset and know if they have that or not.  

Self-disclosure here: I am not great at repairing websites - I can’t even do the back computer things that need creating or rescuing any mistake in that area.  I had tried so many times but my artwork wouldn’t have been up to scratch and as for dealing with   So quite frankly if I HAD continued to try doing what I wasn’t capable of wasn’t a good idea.

Don’t be said for me.  I’m not!  I have come to realise that my skill knowledge and quite frankly, I’m not going to waste my time on something.
