Johnathan’s Games

There are what I think of as a few types of games in Johnathan’s life – ones that he found on the internet and was extremely careful about what he chose, even as a young child.  He knew what was wrong and refused to get involved in anything bad.

The next ones are what I consider to be his wii and switch games.  He is grateful for them all,  but he is certainly more drawn to the ones with a “boss and final boss” and has no idea why I wouldn’t want to join in.  And some of the games I can’t even move in so I’m not going to be able to play them with him.

I will admit that I am much more on the creative side of life and other subjects I just find almost impossible to look at.  Mostly I don’t understand what is in the subject or how to apply the knowledge you get from it.  So no, please don’t ask me to play them.

But he wants me to enjoy everything he enjoys and doesn’t understand my need NOT to play as his IS to play.

The next group of games are card games – most of the ones he plays are the ones he himself has created.  When he is starting to create these games he works with Kevin to be sure they are perfect before he lets other children play.

And the last group of toys are cuddly anything AND plushies.  He has plans to get more of them.  His granny told me that any shop they go into (when she takes him out) he will FIND the plushies and ask for one.  When she tries to get him looking at other toys he just simply isn’t interested.  And if you buy something he isn’t interested in, it sits in his room and gathers dust.
