Here we go

I was going to use dictation but got SO FRUSTRATED because it thought I wanted music, then it decided to send me news and dictation went out the window.  So I thought I would just get on and write something and deal with the pain later.

Anyway, I see a large number of you have noticed the posters that Jamie is creating for me.  By the way, Jamie is the guy who sorts my blogs and puts them online.  Well, I admit to telling Jamie what I want it to say and he sorts it out and puts it up.  You can also create wallpapers on your phone or tablet  with them and I believe they can appeal to a large number of people because I have shown them ones to people with different interests and hobbies and they all like one or two of them – so it can’t do any harm to look?

A bit of fun, can you pick out the quotes that are from my poems? I would love to know if can find them.

I also want to say that Jamie is creating more every few days and putting them up so if you want to have a look at the shop, you can see the newer ones he has done.

As you probably know or have recognised by now that I am not writing two blogs a day – well, it’s not through want of trying.  As you saw I have had lots of falls so my husband bought a LIFEGLIDER for me and whatever you try and do, you simply CANNOT fall out of it – trouble comes when you forget to use it and go feed the dog without it and have a fall in the kitchen and your hand goes under the carpet in the hallway and you manage to damage yourself.

Put it this way, I am not having a great time with the pain and to cap it all off, it’s just before Christmas and that got me down quite a bit.  Anyway, my lovely husband was before me and has bought a “slap chop” which looks amazing and effective.  So I am cautiously optimistic about the outcome – oh and something that makes it easier to grate everything and each thing comes apart COMPLETELY? (by the way, do you remember those ghastly juicers where you just couldn’t get to the pourer spout and clean it properly?  Or whatever piece of equipment that has done it to you).  Please, don’t mention Dysons because I spent A LOT of Saturday trying to get the thing apart to reach that ONE piece of fluff that was messing up the whole machine.)

Anyway, it’s a good day, I’m getting two new ones to try and these are much better because you have a band on your wrist that is connected to the thing on the finger.  And the LIFEGLIDER is a wonderful piece of kit.  I never even thought you could get anything like that and Kevin accidentally saw it on a video he was watching!  I don’t know if he found the kitchen equipment the same way or not.  At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter, he is careful enough to take excellent care of our family and we are looking forward to Christmas and him having time off to spend with Johnathan and I.
