When you don’t have a plan B

I am sure I have been in quite a few situations where I haven’t got a plan B, plan A was the one set in my mind and the fact that has all fallen to pieces is thrusting me into conjuring up a plan B quickly.  However, with the seizures and medical things I have been going through recently, quickly isn’t well, let’s just say it takes a great deal of thought.

And even at that, even when I DID have a plan B, to suddenly leave it because THAT one has ALSO gone wrong (generally something I overlooked in plans A and B).  To then have to move to a plan C has been quite a struggle.  By this point, I tend to be completely over the thought of making a decision and just want someone to tell me what to do….

One of the things Johnathan was told during his counselling was that it is always a good idea to have in your head a plan B for whatever you do, so that if you can’t do one thing you’re not going to be severely disappointed.  So, for example, if you wanted to go to the beach but knew if it was windy and raining you would be happier elsewhere in the warm and out of the rain, where would you like to go instead?

So plan B’s and more are ones you create IF your first, or third or whatever number it is, it doesn’t feel like the world is falling down round about you.

TREASURE

Remember the Plan B.  Because if A doesn’t work, you’ve still got twenty four other letters to go.  I can;t remember which scientist it was who was told he had failed 99 times AND recorded it(!) and it worked on the 100th time.  He responded with something like “No, I discovered 99 ways how NOT to do it.”
