News in a Nutshell 2
So yay! I am at HOME again now. No more hospital! How delightful! Do you know that it can be absolutely EXHAUSTING and STRESSFUL being a patient in hospital. Sometimes the nurses or doctors or physios or other medical people want you to do or want to do something to you when you don’t want to.
But isn’t that like life on occasion? You can end up in places or situations that you don’t want to be in. Sometimes we just want to curl up in our beds and go to sleep but someone disturbs you or you have to stay up for one reason or another. As you probably know I have been up nights writing, and that’s how life just is.
I don’t want to make this a negative post so we’ll leave that idea for you to ponder about things you don’t want to do because you just keep putting things off….oh yes, what KIND of little tables will I get to go between mine and Kevin’s chairs? Hm….something pretty but with drawers. As Kevin says I have proved I can’t keep my possessions tidy in the living room so I DO need some drawers next to me to hide things away that I’m doing.
Being home after 3 weeks has been quite daunting. I have forgotten much of the routine and order of events that happen in the household. Knowing that Kevin or Johnathan wouldn’t or couldn’t, well, I’m sure you know what I have been thinking about that! I know I will get back into the routine soon enough.
Johnathan, as you could see, is DELIGHTED with his new tent and the resting and relaxing place it is for him. It really has been one of the best presents I have ever got for him. And what was wonderful was writing AND completing my very first poem for him, which he loves very much.
TREASURE
I think you know what my treasure in this post is - being back home with Kevin and Johnathan and enjoying my time with them. To experience the love that we all share again is wonderful, although I did need that time in hospital. Glad to be home, everyone!
