Faith? In Yourself?
Yes, faith in yourself, and in others. Because they are two different sides of the same coin.
I had to think about it carefully because I had to question “What would be needed to okiaI must? To look at ourselves 0 well, I don’t know about you, but I find that really hard to do! Why would you want to have faith in yourself?
Uou see, how we look at ourselves impacts on how we see the world around us. I don’t know if you ave read/watched, hear of if you’ve ever read, heard or watched “The Water Babies:” and there was a kind lady called (if I remember rightly Mrs Do-as-you-would-be=done-by” and the one going on the journey stole something and so something had to happen to him.
And I think it’s true. We have to be good to others, but if we aren’t kind to ourselves, we will be to others. Attached to every person, there is a story and learning how to be kind to others and respect them, you need to think of what YOU are like with them and vice versa. It may end in friendship, it may not, but making the effort to start with is a good idea.
We also have to think about about inanimate objects - my son wants me to write a book on a sentient chair….if you want one done, do it yourself, I have enough things my brain considers without giving me one to read….and now of course, I am now thinking of a sentient chai and what it would look like and say/do…he may just get his book done.
TREASURE
I was talking to my therapist about fantastical novels and now am thinking about sentient chairs and what they would look like.
