Intention Concepts
In the new years postings, so far I have been talking about the intention setting concept that I have (I think) mostly worked out. And I believe it’s important to remember them and that there is NO condemnation or disapproval that you DIDN’T get it done in a particular time frame.
The reason I have thought about intention rather than Goal Setting is because I believe for myself (and maybe you too) I find it particularly intimidating terminology coming to me with very negative connotations and expectations that I KNOW I will not deliver on because the pressure is too much for me to handle.
And to have people to share with and talk to about your intentions is SO valuable. Having a safe space to be in where you can talk about what you are doing and the struggles you are having is totally invaluable. You might even help others with any tricks or tips that they don’t know.
Alongside the sharing of knowledge and encouragement to others, the very first thing you need to do after saying what intention you are aiming for. The next thing you need to do is work out what the blocks are to you getting it done. Like for me doing anything artistic I needed someone in the house who would work with me and encourage me while doing something themselves as well and help me choose exactly what I want to do.
But working out the blocks is SO important. Until you do, you can’t figure out how to settle them because then you can move on with what you are planning to do.
TREASURE
That we can work out the blocks for us completing our intentions.
