Childhood Arguments

Do you remember some of the childhood arguments?  For me, it was often based around food or drinks.  But for others, they were about other things.

I know adults intervened in some and in others allowed us to work out our differences.  But I can’t remember which was which and if I did, what I would actually do that was the same or different.

For many years Johnathan didn’t have a friend – well it felt like many years but he was 5 when Nial arrived on the scene and they loved to spend time together.  They never argued with each other.

Then they went to different schools, COVID stopped ALL interaction and now Johnathan plays with the children on the estate or in Nial’s house.

I find I struggle with what to do.  Is it right to intervene?  At what point should you talk to the parents (who I don’t even know)?

What do you do?  I’d love to know
