Bluey again

This morning I had woken in the night a few times and Johnathan was up early so we watched some children’s tv.  There were a couple of episodes of Bluey.

I must admit I don’t remember watching them before although Johnathan told me I certainly did.  One of them was an episode where Bluey and Bingo were playing with a toy car you had to pedal with your feet.

Muffin (their cousin) entered with an electric car and crashed into the old car and their wheel/s came off and she asked if HER car was scratched.

Chilli (mother of Bluey and Bingo) refused to get them a new toy car because it held so many memories for her and she was nostalgic about it.

Muffin’s Dad came in and he had changed their car and was worried it might be damaged while her mother said to Chili she liked the last car.

It was interesting to see the nostalgia in the women and how Muffin and her Dad were scared their new treasures could be damaged.  I must admit I was on the nostalgic side, even though I understood where they were coming from too.
