Anika’s thoughts on Bake squad and cards against humanity

I have been watching Bake Squad and playing  Cards Against Humanity Family Edition that Kevin bought a few weeks ago as something we could all play together.  And he was right – it is a very funny game and children get the humour, even if they don’t understand the layers of meaning between each one.

Keeping final decisions if there is a draw. The cats or Maisie are chosen as the adjudication service.  They are presented with each card in contention and whichever card the cat (or dog) chooses, is the winner. And this saves there being any competition. As that is chosen and that is the final word.

Does it provide weekly (or even sometimes daily) laughs and enjoyment.  You never know which card will be used, or which question is better than another.

Right, yes, I was intending to talk about the Cake Squad.  It is just basically that, for all intents and purposes.  They make cakes.  BUT I have noticed the woman who goes round the room with the customer ALWAYS finds something positive to say about the Cake Squad people and whatever they need.  I am delighted to witness this, as not all people do in these competition environments.

I have noticed in Master chefs around the world that I have enjoyed when the judges or contests are kind to someone, helping them to grow, and learn and develop.  There is no thought of NOT doing so in fact.

TREASURE

Helping other people and watching them grow and develop is such a wonderful experience for both of them.
